For users in the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
For users in the European Union, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which you reside.
For users in other jurisdictions, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beijing, China.
For users in other jurisdictions, we make no representation that the Site and Apps or any content therein is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of China. Those who choose to access the Site and Apps from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
For users in the United States, these Terms are subject to applicable federal and state laws. Any claims or disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
